Refund policy
Murder & Mirth case files are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Because they can be accessed immediately, sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
When we can help
Within 14 calendar days of purchase, please contact support to request a refund or replacement if you were charged twice, cannot access your files after reasonable troubleshooting, or received files that are defective or corrupted.
Successful downloads
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after a successful download or access to the case files.

Include the email used for your order, your order number if available, and a short description of the issue so we can look into it promptly.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
